According to Rule no I point 2 of the Code of Best Practices for Companies listed at WSE, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („Issuer”, „the Company”) hereby presents the list of contracts signed with its key customer – Synthos Dwory Sp. z o.o. - after the Company’s listing at WSE

1. Agreement from December 2nd, 2008 with the value of PLN 55.953 for realization of investment task: Modernization of Synthos Dwory Sp. z o.o.’s logistic infrastructure

2. Agreement from December 9th, 2008 with the value of PLN 66.222 for realization of investment task: Finished products warehouse

On January 1st, 2008 the Issuer signed with Synthos-Dwory Sp. z o.o. (as described in the Prospectus) agreement for three year for service and exploitation services,  which estimated annual value is PLN 10.900.000.
