In relation to information about agreement described in Prospectus, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. (Issuer, the Company) hereby informs that on April 1st, 2009 the Company has signed appendix no 1 to the agreement with "SYNTHOS DWORY" Sp. z o.o. The range of services for the Orderer, described in the agreement includes: cleaning of apparatus’, appliance, installation, technological lines and pipelines. The appendix changes the way of accounting: margin on materials bought changes from 12% to 5%.
According to the agreement, the services are to be supplied between January 1st, 2008 and December 31st, 2010. Estimated value of the agreement is PLN 4.320.000 and it will be accounted according to: Labour’s price creating elements, prices of materials (Kz), prices of services plus Kz, prices of work of specialist equipment used for cleaning.
In case that value of services supplied within a year and accounted according to the rules described above, will be lower than annual budget, the Orderer will additionally pay the Performer 50% of the difference between the budget and the value of services supplied.
In case that the value of services supplied within a year and accounted according to the rules described above, will be higher than approved budget, then services supplied after budget is exceeded will be accounted with 10% discount.
Legal ground of this current report is § 5 ust. 1 pkt 3 of Ministry of Finance Regulation from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodical information published by the issuers of securities and about conditions of recognition of information required by the law of the non-member country, as equal (Dz. U. Nr 33 z 2009 roku poz. 259).
