In reference to agreement described in the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) prospectus, the Board of the Company hereby informs that on April 9th, 2009 it has signed an appendix no 1 to service-exploitation agreement with ”SYNTHOS DWORY” Sp. z o. o., which object are following services towards the Customer: current, urgent and emergency repair services and exploitation services in mechanical and electric branches.

The appendix contains following change of accounting method: the amount of surcharge on cost of materials purchase (Kz) changes from 12% to 5%.

The agreement has been signed for the period from January 1st, 2008 to December 31, 2010. Estimated value of the agreement in three years period, according to the mentioned change, will be about PLN 32 489 745,00. Accounting of supplied services is prepared on the basis of price-creating ingredients: man-hour rate, indirect costs surcharges, profit surcharges, materials and services purchase prices enlarged by Kz.

The parties of the agreement reserved themselves the possibility to claim supplementary compensation according to the general rules of Civil Code, up the amount of the real damage.

The legal ground of this report is § 5 ust. 1 pkt 3 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on the current and periodical information published by the issuers of securities and conditions of recognition of information required by the law of non-member country  as equal (Dz. U. Nr 33 z 2009 roku poz. 259).
