Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”) hereby informs that the date of publication of Annual Report (R-2008) of the Issuer for the year 2008, has been changed.

On March 16th, 2009 the Issuer published current report 8/2009 with updated dates of publication of current and periodical reports, including Annual Report planned for April 28th, 2009. The Board of the Company, according to § 103 ust. 2 pkt 1 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodical information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of non-member country’s law as equal (Dz. U. z 2009, nr 33, poz. 259), hereby informs that the new date of Annual Report for 2008 is April 17th, 2009.
