The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) accordingly to Art. 160 of Act on Trading from July 29th, 2005, hereby informs that on April 16th, 2009 it received information from obligated person, member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board about following transactions on the Issuer’s shares conducted on April 14th, 2009:

Mr. Tomasz Mazur bought 4 790 (four thousand seven hundred ninety) Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.  shares by the price of PLN 1.71 per share (one Zloty seventy one grosz)) each.
PETRO Mechanika S.A. bought 2000 (two tousand) Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. shares by the price of PLN 1,71 (one Zloty seventy one grosz)  each.
