The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”), informs that amendment of Annual Report for the year 2008 published on April 17th, 2009, has been made on the part containing Statement on the Board’s Operations.

Chosen financial data for 2008, presented in point 6 of the Statement, were amended as below:

Revenue from sale of products, goods and materials in 2008 amounted to PLN 26 994.8 thousands, which means 27.4% growth in comparison to 2007. Company’s net profit amounted to PLN 912.1 thousands and was 52.1% lower in comparison to 2007. Gross profit for 2008 amounted to PLN 1 192.6 thousands and was 49.3% lower than in 2007.

Operating profit (loss) amounted to PLN 1 014.0 thousands

Gross profit (loss) amounted to PLN 1 192.6 thousands

Net profit (loss) amounted to PLN 912,1 thousands

Return on Assets (ROA) amounted to 5.8 %

(net profit/assets)

Return on Equity (ROE) amounted to 8.0 %

(net profit/equity)

Return on Sales net (ROS)  amounted to 3.4 %

(net profit/net sales).
