In connection to current report no 3/2009 published on April 3rd, 2009 containing informationa about placing the obligatory offer with the value exceeding 10% of the Issuer’s equity, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A., according to Art. 56 ust. 1 pkt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering and conditions of introduction of securities to organized system of trade and about public companies from July 29th, 2005 ( Dz.U.nr 184 poz. 1539 with following changes), hereby announces that on May 15th, 2009 agreement on exclusiveness for negotiations to buy shares of ZEN ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza, has been signed. The agreement cover the period to June 30th, 2009. ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza is authorized to represent the owners of 100% shares of ZEN Sp. z o.o.
