Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. informs that on May 18th, 2009 its Supervisory Board, acting according to § 22 pkt. 1 ppkt. 4) of the Company Statue, chosen entity authorized to audit Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. financial statements for the year 2009 and authorized to review semi-annual financial statements for first half of the year 2009. Chosen entity is ACCORD’ab Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw, ul. SÅ‚ubicka 18, registered on the list of entities authorized to financial statements auditing according to Resolution no 101/53/95 KRBR from March 20th, 1995 under number 262.

ACCORD ‘ab Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw, have cooperated with Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. in the past:

• Conducting semi-annual review of the financial statements for the year 2007(January 1st, 2007 – June 31st, 2007),

• Conducting audit of financial statements for the fiscal year 2007 (January 1st, 2007 – December 31st, 2007) and 2008 (January 1st, 2008 – December 31st, 2008).

The Board of the Issuer informs that the agreement with chosen entity will be signed for the period necessary to conduct audit of the financial statements for the year 2009, but not longer than to April 15th, 2010.

Legal Ground: §5 pkt. 19 i §25 of Resolution of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of non-member country as equal.
