According to § 5. ust 1 pkt. 8  of the Resolution of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by the issuers of the securities and on condition of recognition of information required by the law of non-member country as equal (Dz.U. 33, pos. 259), and in connection with information contained in the Prospectus and its Prospectus’ Annex no 1 regarding point 28 – legal and arbitration proceedings, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory SA  („the Company”, „Issuer”) hereby informs that on March 20th, 2009 the Supreme Court in its sentence on the case I PK 182/08, after recognition of Mr. Waldemar Jaworski’s appeal for cassation, decided to quash binding sentence of District Court in Kraków from May 13th, 2008 regarding case no VI Pa 163/08 in its part related to determination of the relation of work, and in this part decided to pass the case for repeated recognition to this District Court.

On May 25th, 2009 the Company has received application for determination of the relation of work binding Mr. Waldemar Jaworski and the Company, and therefore today the Company has been informed about the Supreme Court’s sentence.

Therefore the Issuer hereby publishes information regarding the legal proceeding with Mr. Waldemar Jaworski.

Subject of the proceeding: Determination of the relation of work binding Mr. Waldemar Jaworski and the Company .

Value of the subject of the proceeding:  PLN 145 000 (one hundred fourty five thousand Zloty)

Date of initiation of the proceeding: August 25th, 2006

Company’s position regarding the proceeding: The Company propose to to dismiss the complaint in whole.
