According to §29 sec. 5 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Regulations, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer","the Company"), acting according to Stock Exchange Board’s Resolution no 1013/2007 from December 11th, 2007, hereby publishes supplementary report regarding application of the corporate governance rules by the Company in 2008.
