The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), acting according § 89 ust.1 of Stock Exchange Regulation informs that on June 10th, 2009 it gave notice regarding agreement signed on November 17th, 2008 with BZ WBK S.A. with its registered office in Poznan for market making services for the Issuer at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

BZ WBK S.A. will end acting as the Issuers market maker after three months notice period, which means October 1st, 2009.

In the same time the Board of the Issuer informs that on June 10th, 2009 it has signed agreement for market maker services with Beskidzki Dom Maklerski S.A. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, which will be in force beginning on July 1st, 2009.

Acording to the agreement BDM S.A. bind itself to act as the market maker for the Issuers A series shares listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The agreement has been signed for undefinite period.
