In reference to current report no RB13/2008 from December 18th, 2008, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”) informs that on June 15th, 2009 arrangement of the english corporate website of the Company has been definitively (archive) adjusted to the requirements of “Good Practices of Companies Listed at WSE” and to Model IR Section. Therefore the Company complies with the rule II. 2 "The Company assures running of its website in English (...).".
Legal ground is § 29. sec. 3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.’s Regulations.
