CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), informs that on June 22th, 2009 Member of the Board, Technical and Trade Director, Mr. BronisÅ‚aw GÅ‚owacki, resigned from position of Member of the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.
The reason of resignation is procuration of the pension rights.
Legal ground: § 5 passage 1 point 21 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal.
