The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that due to Mr Grzegorz Dobrowolski’s resignation from position of Chairman of the Board-CEO given on June 23rd, 2009 (current report no 28/2009), Member of the Board, Director of Technical and Trade Issues – Mr BronisÅ‚aw GÅ‚owacki has withdrawn his resignation (report on resignation: 27/2009) on the Supervisory Board meeting on June 23rd, 2009, and therefore stays in the Company’s Board.
