The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), in connection to the current report no

on signing a significant agreement, informs that on July 9th, 2009 the Issuer signed annex no 1 (to the agreement no 02/03/ED/2009 from March 30th, 2009) with Energetyka – Dwory Sp. z o.o., which objects are:  complex supply and installation of volatile ash silo with total capacity of 1000 m3 with round wrapping and necessary instrumentation, enlarging range of the agreement by realization of foundation piling.

Value of the reward will be increased by PLN 195 000,00, so that current value of the agreement is PLN 2 195 000,00. The reward will be enlarged by proper VAT.

Within 14 days from signing annex  the performer will give to the Customer security of proper execution of the agreement in the insurance guarantee form for 25% from PLN 195 000,00.

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 point 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal.
