According to § 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering and on conditions of introduction of securities to organized trading system and on public companies from July 29th, 2005 (Dz. U. nr 184 poz. 1539 with further changes), the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer") informs that on July 30th, 2009 it has received the Supervisory Board’s approval for finalization of the transaction of acquisition of 100 % shares of ZEN Sp. z o.o. with registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza.
