The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. ("the Issuer", "the Company") informs that on July 30th, 2009 the Issuer’s Supervisory Board made resolution regarding Mr.
Brosnislaw Glowacki removal from the function of the
Member of the Boardand
Director for Technical and Trade Issueswith effect on July 30th, 2009.
This resolution has been made due to Mr Bronislaw Glowacki’s resignation from the function of the Member of the Board given the same day.
The reason of resignation is acquisition of pension rights.
Legal ground: § 5 ust. 1 pkt 21 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal.
