Slawomir Szata

holding function of

in the Issuer’s Key Management Team for the function of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s

Member of the Board

Information regarding qualifications and previous functions with description of the career of the newly appointed Member of the Board.

Mr Slawomir Szata has an university degree. He has graduated at Slaski University’s Department of the Social Sciences in 1988. Between 1988 and 1996 he was a journalist at Trybuna Slaska. Between 1996 and 2003 he was Board’s Vice-president of Consulting Issues at RBS ZarzÄ…dzanie i Inwestycje. Since 2004 he runs a business under the firm ‘SMS Doradztwo i Konsulting’. Since July 1st, 2008, according to the agreement – managerial contract -  signed with the Issuer he holds the function of Director of Strategy and Development.

There are no family connections between Slawomir Szata and any member of the Issuer’s Board or any Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board and between Slawomir Szata and higher level managing person.

In last five years Slawomir Szata has not been and is not a partner of any personal company.

Since 2005 Slawomir Szata is a President of the Board at "Ultima" Sp. z o.o. He owns 90 % shares of this company.

In last five years there were no court sentences regarding Slawomir Szata connected with fraud issues.

Slawomir Szata was not a member of administration, managing or supervising bodies member and was not a higher level managing person at any entity that bankrupt or were under a commissioner management in last five years.

There were no official public charge against Slawomir Szata (there were no charge and no application for a conditional extinction of the legal proceeding ) in last five years. In this period he had no sanctions from law or corporate bodies (including known professional organizations).

Slawomir Szata has not received a court prohibition to act as a member of administrative, managing or supervising bodies of any Issuer and has no prohibition of participation in managing or conducting the issues of any Issuer, and has not lost a right to run business on his own.

According to Slawomir Szata’s statement there are no conflicts of his interest with the Issuer’s interests.

Mr Slawomir Szata is not registered in the Insolvent Debtors Registry that is run according to the Regulation about National Court Registry.
