The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), on the basis of
Current report 29/2009sent on June 24th, 2009 informs that according to PETRO EnergoRem Sp. z o.o. Supervisory Board’s resolution no 9/6/2009, and due to given resignation, on July 31st, 2009 Mr Krzysztof Miaskiewicz who holds the function of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s CEO since June 23rd, 2009, quit from the function of CEO at PETRO EnergoRem Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in PÅ‚ock.
According to § 1 of above resolution, PETRO EnergoRem Sp. z o.o. Supervisory Board has confirmed expiration of Mr Krzysztof Miaskiewicz mandate due to his resignation.
Legal ground of this current report is § 56 sec. 1 point 2 Act on Public Offering and on conditions of introduction of securities into organized trading system and on public companies from July 25th, 2005 (Dz. U. no 184 pos. 1539 with later changes).
