Authorizations
Organization structure of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. includes the Quality Department which received the 2nd grade accreditation number LB-034/-0, issued by Centralne Laboratorium Dozoru Technicznego, on the basis of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2001 from 15th November 1999 - approved by recognition symbol LTD which aims to provide quality of produced technical devices and provide documentation to the Technical Supervision on the basis of European and Polish quality standards.
The Company has UDT entitlements issued by Urząd Dozoru Technicznego (Department of Technical Supervision) in Bielsko Biała in the scope of:
Production processes in the scope of assembly of fitted pressure vessels, technological pipelines and technological pipelines for liquids; number UC-02-18-M/2-03.
It is authorized to do the following repairs: repairs of steam boilers, water heaters, fitted pressure vessels, non-pressure vessels, and pressure vessels for poisonous and caustic materials, non-pressure and pressure vessels for flammable liquid materials, steam pipelines, technological pipelines and technological pipelines for liquids.
It is authorized to produce elements of pressure devices, number UC-02-18-E/1-03
It is authorized to repair overhead traveling cranes, cranes, movable platforms and hoisting winches number UD-02-30-N/2-02.
It received Certificate of Recognition issued by 2nd grade Research Laboratory.
It is authorized to produce non-pressure vessels and low pressure vessels for flammable liquid materials, non-pressure vessels and low pressure vessels for poisonous or caustic materials, flammable liquid number UC-02-18-N/3-03.
It received a Certificate of the European Welding Engineer.
