The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A., adduce on § 2.1, sec. 44, p. A. of the Regulation of Minister of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions of recognition of information required by law a non – member country as equal (Dz.U. no 33, pos. 259), announces the information about the resolution which adopted defining criterion of a significant contract and the assets of significant value.

From the date of publication of the consolidated report for the 4th quarter of 2010, the Issuer identified significance of the agreement based on 10% of the equity of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.

In the opinion of the Issuer it allows to make a proper assessment of specific activities of the Capital Group.
