Legal ground: Art. 160 sec. 4 act  on Trading – Information on transactions of person with acces to confidential information

According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th, 2005m, about Trading on Financial Instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.  (“the Issuer”, “the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on April 21st, 2011 from obligated person about the conclusion of the Issuer’s shares loan agreement.

In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention that information was received from the Issuer’s Supervisiory Board Member who is also member of Mamagement Board of entity that made the formalities related to shares loan agreement.

A person did not consent to the publication of their personal data.
