Subject: Date of publication of periodical reports in year 2011

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) acting on the basis of § 103 sec.1 of Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33, pos. 259) („the Regulation”), publishes dates of publication of the Issuer’s periodical reports in year 2011.

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
For Q4 2010 – March 1st, 2011
For Q1 2011 – May 16th, 2011
For Q3 2011 – November 15th, 2011
2. Consolidated semi-annual report for first half of year 2011 – August 31st, 2011
3. Consolidated annual report for year 2010 – April 29th, 2011

According to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q2 2011.
