Subject: Correction of the Current Report No 1/2011 from January 5th, 2011 – date of publication of periodical reports in year 2011

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. (the „Issuer”, the „Company”) correct report from January 5th, 2011, adds the record of publishing consolidated annual report, additional record concerning the date of publication of the individual annual report.

Legal ground is § 103 sec. 1 of Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33, pos. 259 “Regulation”)

Date of publication of the periodical reports by Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. in year 2011

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
For Q4 2010– March 1st, 2011
For Q1 2011 – May 16th, 2011
For Q3 2011 – November 15th, 2011
2. Consolidated semi-annual report for first half of year 2011 – August 31st, 2011
3. Individual and Consolidated annual report for year 2010 – April 29th, 2011

According to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q2 2011.

Additionally according to § 83 sec 1 and 2 of the Regulation, the Company informs that is in consolidated quarterly report and consolidated semi – annual report that will include quarterly financial information and individual summary financial statements.
