Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on February 15th, 2010 from obligated person, about transactions on the Issuer’s single rights for subscription for C series shares conducted on February 8th and 9th 2010.

In the same time the Company Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board Member who is also a member of the Board of the entity that conducted transactions on securities.
The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
