The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) in relation to Current Report No. 78/2010 from September 9th, 2010 informs that corporate guarantees, performance of the contract, given on behalf a subsidiary company ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o., which based on the annexes to the contracts concluded on May 5th,2011 was updated to following amounts:
1) Corporate guarantee, performance of the contract No. 123/ZEZEN/PE/2010, between ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. and Synthos Dwory 4 Sp. z o.o., amounting to 10% contract price is 1 249 503,25 PLN and 356 700,00 EUR, validity from the date of issue until March 2nd, 2012;
2) Corporate guarantee, performance of the contract No. 124/ZEZEN/PE/2010, between ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. and Synthos Dwory 5 Sp. z o.o., amounting to 10% contract price is 649 971,00 PLN and 172 200,00 EUR, validity from the date of issue until March 2nd, 2012.
Granted by the Issuer guarantees to security obligations under the following contracts and following amounts:
1) Contract No. 123/ZEZEN/PE/2010 from July 23th, 2010 with annexes between ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. and Synthos Dwory 4 Sp. z o.o. for the Construction of cogeneration unit in Oświęcim by Synthos Dwory 4 Sp. z o.o. the total net amount 10 158 563,00 PLN and 2 900 000,00 EUR;
2) Contract No. 124/ZEZEN/PE/2010 from July 23th, 2010 with annexes between ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. and Synthos Dwory 5 Sp. z o.o. for the Construction of cogeneration unit in Oświęcim by Synthos Dwory 5 Sp. z o.o. the total net amount 5 284 317,00 PLN and 1 400 000,00 EUR.
Legal ground: § 5 sec. 7 and § 13 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securties and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
