The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) informs that according to § 83 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finanse from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal, (Dz. U. No 33 from 2009 pos. 259), beginning from quarterly report for Q4’2009 the Issuer will publish consolidated interim reports, and therefore it will not publish single interim reports.
