The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received from obligated person on February 19th, 2010 about transactions on the Company’s shares conducted on February 11th and 12th, 2010.
In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board who is also a member of the Board and Supervisory Board’s of entities that conducted transactions on the Issuer’s shares. The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
