The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on February 24th, 2010 from obligated person, abort transactions of sale of the Issuer’s single C serie shares subscription rights conducted on February 10th, 11th and 12th, 2010.
In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on fact that his information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board member, who is also a Board member of the Entity that conducted operations on abovementioned securities.
