The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on February 25th, 2010 it received information from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority about approval of Annex no 3 to Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s Prospectus.
Annex no 3 to the Prospectus will be published in electronic version at the Issuer’s website: www.chemoservis.pl and oraz Offerer website: www.wdmsa.pl.
