Subject: Expenses on issue of Chemoservis–Dwory S.A. D series shares

The Board of Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. (the „Issuer”, the „Company”) in conection to Current Report No. 83/2010 from October 11th, 2010, Current Report No. 87/2010 from October 25th, 2010 and Current Report No. 91/2010 from December 3th, 2010 informs that expenses on issued D series shares, calculated on basis of received and approved invoices as of January 7th, 2011 ammounted to 41 447,61 PLN (gross), including:

a) preparation and realization of offering: 30 731,61 PLN
b) subissuers salary: 0,00 PLN
c) preparation of the Prospectus: 0,00 PLN
d) promotion offering: 0,00 PLN
e) other expenses: 10 716,00 PLN.

Method of accounting in books and presentation in financial statements: according to art. 36 sec. 2b Act on Accounting, accounting of D series shares was made by decrease of share premium. These expenses will presented in financial statements in position “Capital from issue of shares premium their nominal value” the reserve capitals.

According to expenses as of January 7th, 2011 the average expense on issued D series shares per one share D series subscribed amounted  to PLN 0,0004 and expenses of issued D series shares as ratio to amounts received from private placement D series shares amounted to 0,1741%

The Board of Chemoservis–Dwory S.A. inform that assign securities, the issue price of 0,40 PLN per share for selected by Board Company 4 units of legal entities on October 21st, 2010.
