Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”) today received information from its dependent entity - ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza, that on March 3rd, 2010 the Board of ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o., received agrement signed on February 15th, 2010 with key customer - ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza.
Subject of the agrement is realization of repair of blast furnace no 3 in range of ÅšlÄ…sko-DÄ…browski ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny’s mechanical, energetic, electric and construction branches.
Remuneration (value of agreement) for ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o. as the Executor ammounts to  PLN 5 647 137,00 net +VAT.

The agrement contains statement that the Executor will pay penal sum ammounting to 1% of net remuneration for each day of delay compared to agreed date of realization of repair, but no more than 10%. If case the Executor will back down from the agrement due to reasons dependent from the Executor, it will pay to the Ordering side penal sum ammounting to 10% of remumeration.
The criterion of significant agrement arie from crossing 10% of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. revenues In last four fiscal quarters.
