Message:
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”) today received information from its subsidiary ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza, that on March 17th, 2010 the Board of ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. received agrement signed on February 1st, 2010 with its key customer - ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza.
Subject of the agrement is execution of maintenance services of ArcelorMittal Poland S.A.’s production devices located in organizational department located in: DÄ…browa Górnicza, ÅšwiÄ™tochÅ‚owice, Chorzów and in Sosnowiec. This range of services is extender and therefore the agreement substitutes agreement for production services signed on December 1st, 2009, reported in current report no 1/2010 from January 7th, 2010.
Estimated value of the agreement signed on February 1st, 2010 for five years is PLN 4 488 000,00 net. The criterion of significant agreement arises from the fact of exceeding of 10% of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s revenues in last four fiscal quarters.
The agreement contains information that stipulated penalties may be accounted as 10% of particular demand.
Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from 2009, pos. 259).
