Management Board of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("Company") announces that on March 19nd 2010, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") by Resolution No. 249/2010 decided on the basis of § 38 sec. 1 and 3 of the Exchange Rules and § 1 paragraph 3 of Chapter VII of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules introduced on 23 March 2010 in the ordinary way to trading on the parallel market the rights to 22.640,000 Issuer ordinary bearer shares of C series of the nominal value of 0,10 zÅ‚ each ("Rights of C series "), marked by the National Securities Depository under code PLCHMDW00044.
Accordingly, the first day of listing on the Stock Exchange Rights to Shares C series will be at March 23rd 2010. The rights to the C series shares will be traded in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "CHEMOS-PDA"; and the "CHSA".
Section 34, paragraph. 1 pt. 2 and 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009. on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the recognition of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
