The Board Chemoservis – Dwory S.A ( issuer) Informs that on September 2th,of 2011 concluded an agreement with PROFARB  based in Gliwice for delivery and presentation for collection installation for the production of polymers. The agreement is realized under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy for the period 2007 - 2013.  “Organic polymeric materials for use in construction and chemical industry”

Total value of contract with tax (VAT) is 5 867 100,00 PLN (five million eight hundred sixty-seven thousand and one hundred PLN 00/100). Closing date of the agreement was referred on October 30th of 2011. Other terms of the agreement didn’t differ from the commonly used in this type of agreements.

The criterion of significant agreement results from the excess 10% of the Issuer’s capital.

Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
