Management Board of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("Issuer" or "the Company") announces that on March 23rd 2010 Issuer, which Subcontractor (PW) has learned that Veolia Water Systems Sp. z o.o. which is a General Contractor (GC), headquartered in Krakow, ul. Balicka 48, signed a memo of the meeting the parties will agree on the basic terms of the agreement between GW and PW in the fabrication, delivery, installation of piping technology, preparation of documentation for the investment pipeline Station Thermal utilization of sewage sludge on the Czajka wastewater treatment plant in Warsaw.

Terms of the agreement signed by the GW in this note, are the basis for the adoption by the CI of works relating to the subject contract.

The value of the contract consists of the agreed lump sum unit price as a basis for calculating the remuneration for the performance of the CI for the piping scope of work that is the subject of the Agreement. It was found that the net value of contracts needed for the performance guarantee, Quality Guarantee and Warranty, and to calculate the penalties and the amount of insurance of the works is 10 000 000,00 zł. The contract value will be increased by VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.

Timeline for implementation from April 1st 2010 to June 30rd 2010.

As security for performance of the contract, the LP has delivered to GW within 14 days from the date of the Agreement, a bank guarantee for an amount equal to 10% of the net value of the Contract. The warranty will be valid until the date of signing the protocol final acceptance by the Employer, ie STUOÅš MPWiK in the City Warszawa SA, confirming the absence of defects but not later than December 31st 2010 inclusive.

As security for performance of the contract during the warranty period (guarantee of quality and warranty for defects of the contract) PW GW has delivered a bank guarantee for an amount equal to 10% of the net value of the Contract. The guarantee will be valid from the date of signing the protocol final acceptance by the Employer, ie STUOÅš MPWiK in the Capital City Warsaw, confirming the absence of defects but not later than January 1st 2011 until April 30rd 2014 inclusive.

The parties agreed that the aggregate amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 10% of the net value of the Contract.

The total approximate value of transactions concluded in the last 12 months with Veolia Water Systems Sp. Ltd. is 11.955.000,00 zł net + VAT (2 transactions).

The criterion of a significant agreement with the results exceeding 10% of the proceeds from the sale  ofChemoservis-Dwory S.A. for the past four quarters.

The legal basis of this report is § 5. 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the consideration of information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33 of 2009 item. 259) .
