Legal ground: Art. 56 sec.1 p. 2 Act on Public Offering – current and periodic informationBoard of Chemoservis-Dwory SA (The "Issuer") announces that on September 2th 2011, received from a subsidiary ZEN Power Company Ltd. based in DÄ…browa Górnicza (ZE ZEN") information as follows:
"On the september 3th 2011 the Board of THE ZEN Sp. o.o . was signed and adopted for the implementation contract from ArcelorMittal Poland SA located in DÄ…browa Górnicza. The subject of procurement is to implement the second stage of Repair thawing coaches in DÄ…browa Department of ArcelorMittal Poland SA. . The Executor is entitled to the total salary 2,500,000.00 zÅ‚ (two million five hundred thousand zlotych) plus VAT. Employer has scheduled the implementation of the subject contracts for the day 11/30/2011.
The total value of orders accepted for implementation by the Company for the ArcelorMittal Poland SA within 12 months from the date of acceptance to execution of the contracts was: 7,176,287.81 zł (seven milion one hundred seventy six thousand and two hundred eighty seven 81/100 złotych PLN) plus VAT
Which means the fulfillment of the criterion of significant agreement results from the excess 10% of the Issuer’s capital. The ZEN at this point inform that in 2010 was the Contractor of the first stage of Repair thawing coaches in DÄ…browa Department of ArcelorMittal Poland SA, falling RB No. 79 from 09.09.2010."
Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
