The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”) according to § 5. sec.1 p. 8 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz.U. 33, pos. 259), and in connection to current report no 20/2009 from May 25th, 2009 informs that on March 29th, 2010 the Issuer received information about sentencje of District Court in Kraków, that in consequence of appeal for cassation made by complainant – Mr. Waldemar Jaworski, dismissed the complainant appeal and awarded to defendant costs related to appeal proceeding.
