The Board  of Chemoservis-Dwory SA ("Company") according to art.70 sec 1 Act of Offering, informs that on September  9th 2011 the Company received from Petro Mechanika SA,  notification as follows:

In connection with art. 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies (dz.U  No 184, poz 1539 with changes kindly informs that as a result  of purchasing transactions between  05th and 09th  of september 2011 has changed in the Petro Mechanika S.A. total numbers of share in Chemoservis- Dwory S.A.

Petro Mechanika SA,  before change had 28.766.350 share( The same number of votes ) which is equal  to 19,17 % in the share capital of Chemoservis – Dwory ( rightly 19,17 % total votes in Chemoservis – Dwory S.A).

Petro Mechanika SA,  currently has 29.950.175 shares ( The same number of votes ) which is equal  to 19,17 % in the share capital of Chemoservis – Dwory ( rightly 19,17 % total votes in Chemoservis – Dwory S.A).
