Subject: Resignation of managing person
CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), informs that on March 29th, 2010 the Issuer’s Supervisory Board made up resolution on calling off the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s CEO – Mr. Krzysztof MiaÅ›kiewicz, on March 31st, 2010.
This resolution was made on the basis of Mr. Krzysztof Miaśkiewicz resignation from position of the the Board member and Board President posted same day.
The reason of resignation were health and family reasons.
Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 21 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
