In connection with art. 160 sec 4  on the Act of 29 July 2005  trading on financial instruments, The board of Chemoservis - Dwory  S.A. (Issuer, Company ) enclosed information received on  September 9th  2011 of the liable persons  regarding the purchase transactions of shares.

In the same time  The Board of company give attention on the fact that the notice are from the members of the Supervisory Board, which one  made the purchase transactions of shares of the issuer from September 5th to September 9th 2011.

The liable person not consented to publication of personal data.
