Subject: Appointment of managing person

CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), informs that on March 29th, 2010 the Issuer’s Supervisory Board made resolution about appointment of Mr. Mariusz Wandor to the Company’s Board to act as Board Member, starting from march 29th, 2010.

Newly appointed Board Member holds position of Production Director in the Issuer’s Key Management. Starting from march 29th, 2010 Mr. Mariusz Wandor’s spontaneous procuration was called off.

Information of qualification and prior functions, with description of experience of newly appointed Board Member:

Mariusz Wandor holds higher education. In 2002, he graduated at Politechnika ÅšlÄ…ska in Katowice (transport, specialization: construction, exploatation and maintenance of car vehicles).

                Experience:

·         From July 1st, 2000 to January 31st, 2005 – Specialist for Car Mechanics in Mechanika Pojazdowa UsÅ‚ugi i Handel with its registered Office in Osiek.

                               CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A.:

·         From March 1st, 2005 to September 30th, 2005 – Documentation Technician;

·         From October 1st, 2005 to October 31st, 2006 –Machine Cutting Processing Specialist;

·         From November 1st, 2006 to May 31st, 2008 – Deputy Manager of Machine Cutting Processing Department;

·         From June 1st, 2008 to January 6th, 2009 – Deputy Production Director for Technical Issues;

·         From January 7th, 2009 to May 31st, 2009 – Acting as Production Director;

·         From June 1st, 2009 – Production Director.

                In last five years Mr. Mariusz Wandor was not and is not partner of any private company. In last five fiscal years and currently, Mr. Mariusz Wandor had no stocks or shares in capital companies.

                In last five years Mr. Pan Mariusz Wandor was not and is not a side of any proceeding connected with fraud. Mr. Mariusz Wandor was not a member of administrative, managing or supervisory Dobies or higher level managing person in entities that in last five years were in bankrupcy, liquidation or comissioner management.

                In last 5 years Mr. Mariusz Wandor was not a side of public charge and received no sanction from statutowy or regulatory bodies (including known professional organizations). Mr. Mariusz Wandor received no court prohibition of acting as member of administrative, managing or supervisory bodies of any company, as well he did not received prohibition in managing or leading any company business in last five years.
