The Board of Chemoservis- Dwory S.A (The "Issuer") informs that on October  20th  2011, concluded an agreement with ARMATURY Group a.s.  based in Kravare – Czech Republic.  The subject of agreement is to perform and assemblage barrier gates with different diameters flight in total 89 pieces. Contractual remuneration in the amount of 5 504 737,50 PLN net ( five million five hundred and four thousand seven hundred thirty-seven PLN and 50/100). The contracting parties agree the maximum amount of contractual penalties for delay on execution of the contract, which  one can’t be more than 20% of contractual salary. Payment of penalties doesn’t include the right to claim additional compensation, in excess of the amount contractual penalty to the amount actually incurred.

The criterion of significant agreement results from the excess 10% of the Issuer’s capital.

Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
