The Board of Chemoservis - Dwory S.A. ("Issuer" , "Company") acting on the basis to the  § 103 section 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance from  February 19th 2009, with subsequent changes, on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition  of information required by the law of a non-member state ("Regulation"),  publishes dates of publication the periodical reports of the Issuer in 2012.

1.    Consolidated quarterly reports:

• For Q4 2011- February 28th , 2012
• For Q1 2012 - May 15th , 2012
• For Q3 2012 - November 14th, 2012

2.    Individual  and Consolidated semi-annual report for first half of year 2012 - August 31st , 2012

3.    Individual and Consolidated annual report for year 2011 – April 24th , 2012

According to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q2 2011.
