Subject: Increase of share capital

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”) informs that on April 7th, 2010 it received decission of District Court for Kraków-ÅšródmieÅ›cie in Kraków, XII Economic Department of National Court Register, signature: KR.XII NS-REJ.KRS/003119/10/245, made on March 30th, 2010 on registration of chan ges in the Company’s statute, according to notarial act-review A no 2818/2009, prepared on September 24th, 2009 during Extraordinary General Meeting on registration of increase of the Company’s share capital from PLN 6 792 000,00 to PLN 9 056 000,00 due to issue of 22 640 000 non-privileged C series shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each.

The overall number of votes from all issued shares of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A., after registration of share capital increase, is 90 560 000,00 and the Company’s share capital structure is as follows:
•    37.920.000 A series ordinary bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each;
•    30.000.000 B series ordinary bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each;
•    22.640.000 C series ordinary bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each;
Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p 9 Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recogniotion of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
