Message:

Management Board of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("Company", "Company") attached the text of the Unified Text of Statute provides Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. takes into account the change in the Statute was registered on March 30rd 2010 by the District Court for the City Centre in Kraków, Division of the National Court Register. Change in Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. Statute registered with the District Court for the City Centre in Krakow, Division of the National Court Register pursuant to resolution No. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 24 September 2009:

- the existing contents of § 7 of the Company:

Company share capital amounts 6.792.000 zł (six milion seven hundred ninety two thousand zlotys) and is divided into 67.920.000 (sixty seven milion nine hundref twenty thousand) shares with a nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten groszy) each, including:

a) 37.920.000 (thirty seven milion nine hundref twenty thousand) bearer shares series A, numbered from 0.000.0001 to 37.920.000,

b) 30.000.000 (thirty million) bearer shares of series B with numbers from 0.000.001 to 30.000.000.

- made to amend the wording of § 7 of the Company:

Company share capital amounts 9.056.000 zł (nine milion fivety six thousand zlotys) and is divided into 90.560.000 (ninety milion five hundred sixty thousand) shares with a nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten groszy) each, including:

a) 37.920.000 (thirty seven milion nine hundref twenty thousand) bearer shares series A, numbered from 0.000.0001 to 37.920.000,

b) 30.000.000 (thirty million) bearer shares of series B with numbers from 0.000.001 to 30.000.000.

c) 22.640.000 (twenty two milion six hundred fourty thousand) bearer shares of series C with numbers from 00.00.0001 to 22.640.000.
