The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. („the Company”,„the Issuer”) informs that on April 14th, 2010 the Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. („GPW”) made:
1) resolution no 346/2010 on setting of last Day of quotations of rights to C series ordinary bearer shares of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A., in which the GPW Board set April 16th, 2010 as last day of quotations of 22.640.000 rights to CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. C series ordinary bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each, marked by the National Depository of Securities („KDPW”) with code PLCHMDW00044;
2) resolution no 347/2010 on introduction to stock exchange on the GPW paralel market CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. C series ordinary bearer shares, in which the GPW Board decided to introduce on April 19th, 2010 in normal mode to stock exchange on the paralel market 22.640.000 CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. C series ordinary bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each, under conditio that KDPW will register these shares and Mark with code PLCHMDW00010 on April 19th, 2010.
§ 34 sec. 1 p 4 Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
