The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("Company") announces that the Company on November 29, 2011 concluded with Synthos Dwory 7 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. (formerly Synthos Dwory Sp. z o.o.) contract, after which the total value of contracts satisfies the criterion of a significant agreement, amounting to 6.115.241,00 (say: six million one hundred fifteen thousand two hundred forty one and 00/100) PLN net + VAT. The agreement applies to the highest value, "Implementation and installation of piping hot softened water," concluded amount of 1.070.500,00 (one million seventy thousand five hundred and 00/100) PLN net + VAT. The parties agreed time limit for completion of this contract for 4 (four) months from the date of signing the contract, provided that it can be moved in case of weather conditions prevent the execution of works.

Contractor in the event of termination by the Purchaser with immediate effect due to the reasons attributable to the Contractor, shall pay to the Purchaser a contractual penalty amounting to 10% of the contract. The maximum amount of liquidated damages for delay in execution of this contract is 10% of the contractual remuneration.

The parties reserved the opportunity to claim additional compensation, in excess of the amount of liquidated damages to the amount of damage actually suffered.

The criterion for the recognition of the significant agreements - the total value of contracts entered into by the Issuer witch the Synthos Dwory 7 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. (formerly Synthos Dwory Sp. o.o.) during the last 12 months and since the publication of the Current Report No. 4/2011 dated on February 11, 2011 exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer.

Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
