Subject: Registration of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. C series shares in KDPW

The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. informs that on April 16th, 2010 it received information from the National Depository of Securities’ („KDPW”) Operational Department, according to which on April 19th, 2010 - 22.640.000 of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. C series ordinary bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 0,10 each will be registered. These shares are introduced to stock exchange on paralel market according to the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. resolution no 347/2010 from April 14th, 2010 (current report no 34/2010).
The abovementioned shares will be registered under code PLCHMDW00010, according to the Board of KDPW resolution 67/10 from February 4th, 2010.
After this registration the overall number of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A.  shares registered in KDPW with code PLCHMDW00010 will ammount to 60.560.000
