Subject: Expenses on issue of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s C serie shares

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) in connection to current report no 25/2010 from March 12th, 2010 informs that expenses on c serie shares issue, calculated on basis of received and approved invoices as of May 4th, 2010 ammounted to PLN 251 676,00 (gross), including: 
a)    Preparation and realization of offering: PLN 160 370,00
b)    Sub-issuers salary: PLN 0,00
c)    Preparation of the Prospectus: PLN 72 000,00
d)    Promotion of offering: PLN 5 850,00
e)    Other expenses: PLN 13 456,00.

Method of accounting in books and presentation in financial statements: According to art. 36 sec. 2b of Act on Accounting, accounting of C serie shares’ issue  described in part IV p. 8 of Prospectus: "Expenses on Issue/Offering" (p. 153) in books, was made by decrease of share premium. These expenses will be presented in financial statements in position „Reserve Capital”.

According to expenses as of May 4th, 2010 the average expense on C serie shares issue per one share subscribed amounted to PLN 0,0111, and expenses of C serie shares issue as ratio to amounts received from C serie shares offering amounted to 1,7102%.
